A lovely, busy day in Ms Flaherty’s 3rd Class today 
We celebrated World Book Day with lots of wonderful costumes and book chat 
In English, we worked in stations where we have been developing our narrative writing — planning characters, settings and exciting story ideas.
In Maths, we’ve been learning all about money and practicing our real-life skills 
Over the past number of weeks, we have been very lucky to work with author Áine Ní Ghlinn. For our Irish lesson today, we used her story Ag Buzzáil sa Ghairdín to inspire us to create our own short story about a bee called Bob flying around TPS
