Lunch Waste:
All children and adults in Trinity Primary School are being asked to bring home any waste from their lunches. We think it is very important that parents know how much lunch their children have eaten in school so everyday children must bring home any waste food or packaging from their lunches. This has greatly reduced the amount of waste in our school.
Often there is food left over in classrooms if children are absent. As a way to reduce this waste we encourage children and adults to bring home some of the leftovers to share with their family. Some adults bring home the food to feed their animals too!!
